Stonehedge - Who we are

Stonehedge was established by stonemason, Brett Hofman, of Lidbetter Road, Berry. Brett acquired his skills from the drystone masters of Scotland. As a skilled mason, his dream is to enhance your surroundings with a unique combination of traditional and contemporary stone features.

Brett describes a stonemason's work as putting the pieces together, similar to a puzzle, where he and his team get to create harmony out of chaos. A pile of stone one day becomes a feature to be admired and treasured the next. From honest yet humble beginnings starting out on his own, Brett has built up a team of experienced stonemasons and labourers that can plan, design, build and restore a wide range of stone features.

Brett's vision, skill and professionalism are reflexed in the attitude of every stonemason at Stonehedge. The entire team are experienced at working with builders, architects and other tradesmen to ensure every project is completed as efficiently and as safely as possible. The key to Stonehedge's success so far has been good project management, planning and organisation.
